Used parts are more expensive than new ones, customer service is terrible, and they don't offer refunds. I lost 4,000 pesos because they sold me one that doesn't fit my vehicle.

After calling several used parts stores and visiting various new parts shops, I finally found the part I needed here at a good price. I installed it on my vehicle (a Kia Picanto). The part was the right caliper, and now the vehicle is noise-free. The used part was in good condition. I cleaned it thoroughly, and it was practically new for half the price I'd find online.

Excellent service and unbeatable treatment; the prices are super affordable. When you're passing by, ask for Kelvin, also known as "La Greña." That young man gave me service that was incomparable.
