⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We needed a place to stay overnight in Santiago and chose Residence Inn by Marriott, and it turned out to be a great decision. The facility was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I was a bit concerned about noise since our room was facing the street, but I was pleasantly surprised — it was very quiet and peaceful. The room itself was amazing: clean, modern, and with a beautiful view. There were just a couple of small things that could be improved. At check-in, it was a bit odd that my Bonvoy Elite status couldn’t be located right away. Also, we requested toothbrushes in the morning and it took longer than expected to receive them. That said, the staff at the breakfast restaurant were excellent — especially Amable, who was very pleasant, accommodating, and even helped us find a better place to sit. Overall, it was a great stay. I would definitely return and recommend it to others visiting Santiago.

Very nice very new hotel. Biggest suggestion is tob ake a room on the back side of the hotel, the front side is on a pretty major road and its oretty noisy Room was great wth a little kitchenette good size comfortable bed. good size room great shower,good for longer term stays for sure Excellant breakfast included staff was very helpfull and freinddlly Very nice pool area centrally ocated About 10 minutes from airport

Visiting my beautiful Santiago City and decided to stay at this beautiful hotel. The room we stayed at was very comfortable and if we were staying longer would have been totally ideal with its studio vibe. The check in and checking out, was smooth and easy. I didn’t try their breakfast but my hubby did and he stated that there were plenty of options available. My only biggest annoyance I would say was the noise level from outside. Even while being on the 9th floor it still felt as if being in the 1st floor. In the morning we were able to hear all the traffic and at night time all the booming loud music cars were irking. I had called front desk once I arrived to request the Mountain View room I had initially requested but was informed it was only side rooms available and nothing in the back side. Was told that the person that assisted me would call back but I guess I wasn’t in the room when the call came through so we just dealt with the noise. I loved that Calcali cafe was located on the main floor. And that parking was convenient and easily accessible. The location of the hotel is great as it’s centered to all main spots around the area. The hotel is beautiful and very modern. Anyone visiting HOMS and needing a room, should without a doubt stay at this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The pool area is great and the restaurant is good too. The only thing that bothered us was the noise in the room. There is a constant noise maybe from the wind but it never stops and also a dripping noise but we couldn’t find the drip anywhere and it wasn’t the bathroom we think it was something in the venta or between the walls but it never stoped and could barely sleep.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! From the moment we entered the lobby, the extremely friendly staff greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome right away. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to start our day. The location couldn’t have been better—just ten minutes from the airport, which was ideal for us. We’ll definitely be back soon!
