The complex is pretty, however its situated in one of the worst neighborhoods in the country so If you’re a traveler and not familiar with the area, be wary as it’s directly in the hood.

Don't buy apartments here. There's no water, and what little there is smells bad. The power goes out, and there are leaks. The "administrators" of the first phase of construction, along with the company SERCODI, are trying to steal the maintenance money and claim to be administrators of the second phase as well, even though there's no contract and no results to justify charging fees and trying to exert control.
