Loveky place Nice and modern. There is always a Security guard at the gate 24/7

It's an unsafe place; some people have been robbed and haven't received any help. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A safe and welcoming place. It's well-protected with an exterior wall and a remote-controlled gate that can be operated without leaving your car. Occasionally, there are water issues, but management resolves them quickly and efficiently.

The location and rental price are acceptable. The people they've put in the office are very professional, but they don't understand how to deal with clients; they don't know how to reach an agreement with tenants. The sale price of the apartments is very high because, although they are large, the finishes are poor: the wood is old, the baseboards are bad, the electrical outlets are bad. When I moved in, it was a new apartment, and the bathtub was scratched. There are leaks, and you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking or even when they go to the bathroom. 3 million is expensive to buy there. There are better ones at that price with better finishes and a better location.

As another reviewer mentioned, the place is quiet, and many of the apartments are cool. I find the asking prices very high simply because of the finishes.
