I don’t think I’m being picky — I’m just disappointed, because this is not what I would expect from a five-star place where I paid this much money. Many of the dishes were basically the same, with only tiny changes. For example, the same salad appeared in five “different” versions (with maybe one ingredient changed), and the same butter sponge cake was presented in ten variations using different food colourings and slightly different decorations on top. There were no labels indicating the flavours — probably because they would have had to write the same thing for all of them. A lot of the baked goods seemed to be just for display, but this wasn’t indicated anywhere. It felt like some of them had been sitting on the shelves for days or even weeks. The ice cream was very poor quality and melted quickly. At the fresh pasta station, one chef prepared pasta with three optional sauces, but used the same ladle for all of them, switching between the sauces. After about five minutes, all three sauces had basically mixed into one. The pizza was good, and the pancakes were nice when they were fresh. I’m truly very sorry that we had such an experience at this place. I genuinely appreciate having the opportunity to visit places like this, and I understand that people can make mistakes. However, here it felt like tourists were being taken advantage of for their money. Cutlery was often dirty, and the tables were sticky. I’m not sure what could be done about the birds, as they are clearly used to being there — but if you leave your plate on the table to quickly get a juice, they immediately get into your food. They also leave droppings everywhere: on the floor, chairs, and tables. This place is really in need of improvement — both in terms of food quality and overall attitude. Also, there were very few vegetarian options, and no vegan options at all.

Welcoming atmosphere, friendly employees always greeting and attentive with the guests. The food is delicious.

I honestly did not like this buffet at all. It was very small and did not have many good options. The food was ways cold and even my simple foods tasted odd. No organization or manners as well and it was a crazy free for all. When this is your only buffet optionin the resort youd think it would be better They only serve wine, beer and champagne. So if you wanted a martini, good luck! Nice for mimosas. They had themed nights but there was literally NO difference. The staff was nice

I'm sitting here right now and it's been close to an hour and the waiter has not brought any of the drinks for the table compared to other resorts The food is really it Mediocre I still got a few days left hopefully it gets better

Very small variety of food, since it's 5 star restaurant. Almost no good options for young children. Coffee is horrible and finding a spoon for desert is everydays top mission. Service is slow, they asked for your order and then disappear and never bring it. Not worth it
