I come to the country maybe once a year. I went to a different salon at the beginning of my trip and within two hours my hair was a mess. A few days later I came to Reverse. I was recommended by my sister and sister in law. The recommendation was so good I decided to dye my hair for the first time here. I was first recommended to go to Angelo but unfortunately it was a last minute appointment and he did not have availability. I was lucky Evelyn had an opening and she did not disappoint. My hair color was absolutely amazing I only have good things to say about her work and it has lasted perfectly for days !!! She even helped me pick the right products to help myself out of the country where I do my hair myself. Another thing that really impressed me was every step off the experience was good, from the girls that washed my hair, the girl that styled my hair to the food and drinks available as courtesy or for a fee at their very beautiful cafeteria. Any time I come back to DR I will be coming back to this salon, absolutely amazing. The only reason I don’t give 5 starts and I would like to suggest is a way to leave a tip to the employees digitally. I personally do not carry money but only cards and I’m from a different country I don’t even have pesos. I truly wanted to leave a good tip to all the girls cause everyone was simply exceptional but there wasn’t a digital way to do so. I felt so bad so please please give some digital tip options, even as a tip on the credit card like other establishments do would be good!!!

Nice hairdressers. Good at coloring my roots.. I have medium curly hair and expected them to cut my hair dired to see how my hair falls and also defining my curls that was straight or had lost it’s nice curls with finger curling. That is how curly hair like mine is supposed to be treated besides what they already did. Maybe they are better at other curls. I wouldn’t say they were experts at curls though but it looked nice enough. Like I do myself. They should’ve also dried my hair in lower heat to minimize frizz and also some small pieces of hair wasn’t dried enough in front of my hair.

This place is wonderful. Everything about it, the decor, the people, they even have a mascot in their beautiful outdoor patio where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a light dish while your color sets. My appointments are always received on time and the prices are fair. (I wish they had an online price menu like other salons near by) I’ve done my hair and nails with several stylist here and they’re all highly trained. This is my new place to pamper myself :-) Thank you Reverse team!

Don’t waste your time making appointments!!! I made several appts for me and for my daughter but they didn’t care and made us wait almost an hour to start working with us. Horrible first experience. I won’t recommend this place.

I absolutely love Angelo's work but he seems to be always booked. Very difficult to get an appointment with him, and once you finally get it he is working with 4 other customers at the same time.
