The center itself is excellent. However, their WhatsApp service is terrible. They don't answer, they don't tell you the appointment time, you call and there's no response, and when you complain in person they say they don't know where that number came from. A number that appears right here on Google. I spent a month asking for the appointment time and they never said anything. When I got there, they told me the appointments are at 2:00 PM and that they don't know who manages the WhatsApp account.
