The young woman who answers messages has a very poor manner. She didn't treat me like a customer should be treated, especially a new one. They are extremely irresponsible. I sent my hamper for clothes, and after I paid, they gave it to me without the lid and didn't even apologize. Not to mention, the order was delayed, and they didn't inform me. They didn't return the lid, and one of the pieces is stained because they mixed light-colored pants with a pair that bleeds color (they didn't sort the clothes properly). TERRIBLE SERVICE! Save yourself the stress. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I felt terrible about how the girl who answers the phone spoke to me, and she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. They make it cheap, but it's not worth it.
