Best service ever

Not recommended. Hostile service, one-month warranty, and overpriced vehicles in poor condition. Unfortunately, I made a deal via WhatsApp because the seller seemed friendly and because he hid the car's flaws in the photos. Despite my repeated inquiries, he only said the warranty and price were negotiable, and I assumed they were charging market price (a big mistake). Unfortunately, I shouldn't have fallen for it because of the good service he provided via WhatsApp. When I was there, the entire negotiation turned hostile. They made me travel to the other side of the city to the bank for financing, passing by two branches of the same bank (odd, but since I'm not from Santo Domingo, the Uber driver told me I'd passed two branches of the same bank). The price was exorbitant, and the car wasn't in good condition. It's only four months old, and the paint is already peeling. And to top it all off, they only offer a one-month warranty. I completely regret buying my first vehicle from this company. Unfortunately, I had already made a deposit via WhatsApp. My desperation and naiveté led me to close a deal on a vehicle with an extremely high price tag and not in the condition it should have been in for that price. Don't be fooled by the ease of getting started, as I was. After you make the deposit, everything becomes difficult because the seller never tells you that if the deal falls through, they won't refund your deposit. Edited: I forgot to add that they applied a grease to the vehicle that fogged up the windows, and we only made it to our destination by the grace of God because I couldn't clean them. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. Update Less than a year with the vehicle, and I've already replaced both catalytic converters and the part that connects the catalytic converter to the engine. Now they're telling me the engine has a problem because it had non-original parts and isn't in good condition; it could fail at any moment.

Excellent service via WhatsApp, but once they're selling you something, they wash their hands of it. The warranties they offer don't cover your problems; they make it seem like nothing's up. Everything is rosy, just to make the sale. The worst thing I could have done was trust them. Don't fall for it; I don't recommend them. They're expensive. Irresponsible. They sell you a bad product. When you go to complain, they turn a blind eye.

Terrible customer service. From the moment you arrive, their representatives act as if they're doing you a favor; it leaves much to be desired. I didn't even bother looking at the vehicle because with such negative energy, the experience was unbearable. I had contacted a sales representative from another branch, who was very decent and attentive, but if I'm not treated with the respect I deserve, especially when I'm supposed to be investing in a product or service (which isn't cheap), I'm leaving immediately.
