We’ve booked for 2 nights. Maikel attended us sins day one with reservations and receiving us. Very professional and friendly. Hotel is small not crowded very good location. We stayed in room 204 and was cozy clean and nice. The WiFi can be a lil more faster. Amazing view from the Terraza, to bad the pool was out of service. The breakfast was not bad but can be better.

I booked a hotel room in advance for 7 nights, after I arrived on the first night the wifi did not work really well so I had to go to the reception about 5 times to figure out why the internet is not good - but Michael tried to help. Then I wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water even though I turned on the shower for 25 minutes, there was hot water then for 2 minutes and then cold again. Because I was so tired I did not care at all and just went to bed - the day after I asked to check out because I can not "suffer" like this for a week - Joseph helped me and talked to his manager and finally agreed to let me check out and I will get a refund for 6 Nights I had left there and told me I would get a refund within a few days. After a few days I contacted the hotel and they just stole me - do not respond to messages, ignore, really awful service. So if you want to go to a place like this you are welcome - I then went to another hotel - a bit more expensive but at least I slept and took a shower and I had good internet. I truly enjoyed my 2 night stay here. The room and appearance of the hotel was immaculate. Nanci, the cook, prepares a delicious breakfast that's worth getting up for. The staff was super friendly and helpful in helping me find what I needed in the Zona Colonial. I will definitely stay here again.

Be careful with this hotel. I paid for a reservation and I paid a security and when I tried to cancel and asked for a refund they kept the money. I never stayed at the hotel, they said that's its a hotel's policy to keep the money. They don't answer the phone or the messages.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Santo Domingo. It is located in the Zona Colonial which is where tourist tend to go to the most. It is super close to food shops as well; most of the stuff is walking distance. The staff is so kind and helpful. Truly an amazing experience in this hotel. Will definitely be back!
