Limited styling ability - they couldn't do feed-in flat twists even though that was the style I asked for via text message before coming to the shop and they didn't tell me they couldn't do it until after I got there They don't give a lot of attention to the overall health of the hair just styling. The styles are mediocre at best and the price is on the high side. I have had other bad experiences with them in the past. One time I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived they said that they forgot that I scheduled an appointment and the only person that was available to do that hairstyle that I wanted was in the other salon. So I had to drive across town to the other salon and when I got to that salon no one was there that could do the style that I asked for so I had to choose a completely different style after wasting my gas money and my time and the owner offered me a discount but I never did get it. And on another occasion, again they did not inform me that they could not do the style that I asked for until after I arrived to the salon. Later on the the owner arrived and explained that if she had have been there she would have been able to handle it better but never did offer me a discount or anything. So there have been at least two times I've been there and I haven't been able to get what I asked for. I've wasted time and money for mediocre hairstyles. I will not be going back there.

I just got a pixie haircut there. I am very satisfied, even my very picky daughter likes my hair lol. Also the price was reasonable.
