I had the BEST experience at Rizos with Alexandra. I LOVE my curls and have never felt more confident wearing my hair natural. Alexandra is incredibly kind, patient, supportive, gentle and - most importantly, extremely knowledgeable about afro hair. She talked me through all of the products and steps and was very receptive when I pointed out products I didn’t like. After my treatment, my hair felt the most hydrated, soft and healthy it ever has (and still is 4 days later). The curl definition of my 4c hair was amazing! I have never seen them like this. I can’t wait to go back. I’ve been to soooooo many hair salons across London and never experienced such an amazing service from someone who is truly passionate about natural afro hair. I went to Alexandra's salon to get some color done on my gray hair. I was very satisfied with the result; it was very natural, and she has a great hand at straightening hair. She's very good, professional, and knowledgeable, and she's also friendly.
