In the Dominican Republic, advertised prices must match the final price paid. Under Law 358-05 (General Law for the Protection of Consumer and User Rights), businesses are legally obligated to clearly display prices and honor them at the point of sale. It is illegal to advertise a price of 72 pesos in the store and then demand 75 pesos at the register! It's not about the three pesos difference! It's a clear case of poor customer service!
Good evening. To whom it may concern. To the owners, I have a suggestion. I've been a Rosales customer since they opened their first store towards the city. Good service, good prices. And I was so happy when they opened a store here in Villa Hermosa. And with their bakery service, it was a perfect combination. But what's happening? Since they opened, I've been buying their famous fresh bread for dinner because my family loves it, and it turns out that on several occasions I've found that the bread they give me is mixed with stale bread. I thought it was an accident, but it turns out they're still doing the same thing, and it's no longer an accident. I recommend that the owners stop compromising the quality of their product. Most people who eat bread know how to distinguish fresh bread from stale bread. I hope you take this comment into account, as it's not meant to cause harm, but rather to prevent you from making the mistake of damaging the quality of a product that already has a loyal clientele. It's better to preserve that loyalty.
It's a bit small, but you can find something there for quick purchases. Everything they sell in the cafe area is pretty bad; the food and smoothies are terrible.
