I live in the USA and I'm a client in both Santo Domingo and Santiago. I travel constantly to get my hair done at Rosario's salon. On May 27th, I went to fix a color that had been done badly in the USA. Mrs. Carmen gave me the perfect color at Rosario's, but on Saturday, June 10th, I returned because I had gotten a keratin treatment in the USA and the color faded. That's where it all started when Carmen told me she would fix my hair, and I said I wanted to go to her because she's the one who does my hair. That other young woman, who looked like an eggplant 🍆, told me, "Do you think I don't know how to do color? I'm a professional." I said, "Excuse me, but Carmen is the one who does my hair." Very embarrassed, Carmen said, "Let me fix you." The color that young woman gave me was a total disaster. To make a long story short, Carmen had to fix it by giving me a different color. I'm very grateful to Carmen, but the other young woman's comments about the bad job she did on me were completely wrong. I don't usually comment, but I understood at that moment that just as she did to me, she made it clear to other customers with her arrogance and lack of respect, implying that she was superior to her colleague, giving orders to Carmen with an attitude and disrespect in front of the other customers. Zero tolerance. I respect others so that I am respected. I pay for my work, and I don't humiliate anyone, nor would I ever be capable of doing so, out of fear of God. The worst part of all this happened in front of two clients I had brought with me to get their hair done. I hope the people in charge of receiving this feedback for the young woman and for the improvement of the business will take action. Respect for others begins within the workplace. Note: Mr. Pedro is a good person, but he was absent that day and at no point showed any interest in stopping the young woman's bad behavior. Later I found out that the disrespectful young woman was his wife. Greetings to everyone, and I take my hat off to Carmen. A hug. God bless you, amen.
The best hair; it doesn't tangle when you wash it with any product, it lasts a long time, and it's high quality. I use it and I love it. When I go to a salon, they always say, "This hair is really good." And I tell them it's from Rosario Hair Center. I highly recommend it.
I bought three packs of hair extensions and I couldn't even wear them straight; they just get all frizzy and tangled. And the layers I had sewn were poorly sewn; they were coming undone at the sides. It was a complete waste of money. And the warranty is a lie; they just tell you to put products on the hair supposedly to solve the problem, but it doesn't even work. Oh, and one more thing: replace the person who answers the WhatsApp messages; they don't even know how to give information about the hair.
This salon has incredibly incompetent staff... I won't recommend it to anyone. They also don't open at the time advertised. (Salon in Santiago)
Nice place although I had to wait a bit to enter because they were cleaning, the service was very good.
