Unfortunately, they need to work with their staff on customer discretion. I went to get a manicure and pedicure, and due to personal reasons, my feet weren't in very good condition, so I went to get them fixed. The girl was talking to the colleague next to her about the state of my feet, which I found unethical. I noticed this from the colleague's body language. It's a shame that all they did was cut my nails and file them down, and that was it. Now I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed properly. They need to pay attention to these details.

This is the only place where I get perfect nails. The service and quality are consistently excellent every time I go, and the staff are really nice. They're always in a good mood. I usually go to Lisbeth, and she's fantastic!

The worst service ever. I visited them three times, and today is the last time I'll ever consider going there for a service. The first time, I arrived an hour and a half before closing time, and they told me they couldn't see me because they didn't have time since I wanted to leave and get ready. The second time, I went two hours before closing time for a touch-up after a facial, and they accepted me. The girl who did my hair did a great job. I went back for a touch-up with only 1 minute and 40 seconds left, and they did the same thing: they couldn't see me because they close at 7 pm and there wasn't enough time. They should just advertise their hours as 7 pm and not provide such terrible customer service.

I had gone to accompany my friends who were getting their nails done, enduring a three-hour wait, only to be told later that they couldn't be seen because they were about to close. I understand that no nail salon, specifically, does that. It wouldn't have been a problem if they had warned me beforehand, but that wasn't the case. It was too late to go to other salons, and our time was wasted. I feel bad for them, but it ruined our evening.

Horrible customer service. I arrived at 11:00 a.m. and was told they couldn't serve me because they already had several clients and they closed at 3:30 p.m., five hours later. They've done this to me twice now; I won't be back.
