On Saturday, March 28th, I went to this place with my granddaughter. I approached the counter and told the young woman what I wanted done. She told me to take a seat, which I did, and waited. After a while, I saw someone who had arrived behind me being let in. I complained to the young woman, and she said, "I'm calling you." I told her that wasn't possible because she hadn't asked for my name or phone number. Then she said, "So what are you going to do?" in a rude manner. I didn't even respond; I left the place with my granddaughter. I know mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled was inappropriate. She didn't even apologize. It was my first time at that place, and it will be my last.
