Fui a dejar 2 toallas de baño a lavar. Pague el servicio rápido para entrega el día siguiente, me dijeron de pasar a las 5pm (ellos cierran a las 6pm). Pase a las 5:20pm y no estaba mis toallas, esperé y llegaron mojadas, porque no tuvieron tiempo de secarlas !!!!! Me la dieron así, diciéndome que Osino tenía que pasar el día siguiente !!!!!!!!!

The service is a disaster; they lose your clothes, they don't deliver on the date they tell you, and the person who helps you does it very reluctantly, probably thinking the service is free.
