Terrible service; they treat you like you're doing them a favor. Plus, they give you a date and then don't keep it—it's a constant problem. I won't be back; there are other options that actually care about their customers.

I was not happy with the service. They were supposed to deliver my order on Saturday, December 29th (three days after I dropped it off). The delivery day arrived, and the person in charge simply told me, "Your pants haven't arrived yet. You'll have to wait until Monday to get them." I was stunned. They didn't care at all, whether the pants were for an important event or not. Anyway, Monday came, December 31st, and the pants still hadn't arrived. I had to dig deep into my pockets and buy another pair for the occasion—an expense I hadn't planned for. The days and holidays passed, and the pants still hadn't arrived. Finally, today, Saturday, January 5th, they delivered them. And they weren't even able to apologize or anything like that for the mistake they themselves caused. I was completely dissatisfied with this. They expected more professionalism and ethical conduct. BUT I SEE NOW I WAS WRONG. They also failed to call me once the pants had arrived and let me know they were at their facility. I DIDN'T LIKE IT.

Extremely irresponsible, terrible service... I returned the clothes and, as you'd expect, I had to take them back badly ironed.

I think they have good pants! Yeah!
