Best cleaning in Santiago

I dropped off my clothes for a trip last Christmas. I told the young woman to please send my laundry with the delivery when it was ready and explained how I wanted my pants altered. The woman who received my clothes did whatever she wanted with them, and to top it off, she wouldn't even send them to my house. It's like she's the one in charge and dictates how customers' clothes are prepared. She ruined my day and almost my vacation. What a character that woman is. I'll never go near that place again. And they're not cheap.

I brought my suit or sent it with the gentleman who drives me in Santiago. My two-piece suit was delivered because he said they were professionals, and now my pants are missing. My work uniform. I don't recommend this place; it's very unethical. They'll have to pay me, but the point is, it's my uniform, and that store doesn't exist anymore. I'm very angry and disappointed with this service, if you can even call it that. 😳
