I’ve only attended drop-in classes so far, but both experiences have been excellent. The classes are high-energy, well-paced, and the instructor was great. The studio is also very well ventilated with strong AC, which makes a big difference during intense workouts. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Santo Domingo!

What started as an appealing concept has turned into a complete disappointment. Ambition took over, and they lost sight of what truly matters: human connection. The environment feels clearly classist and discriminatory, with obvious favoritism toward clients who “fit” a certain profile. This preference shows in everything : service, class dynamics, and even on social media, where the lack of diversity is hard to ignore. There’s a noticeable absence of representation, and many of the positive reviews seem more like the result of challenges or incentives rather than genuine experiences. The team doesn’t make it any better. Some trainers only engage with their inner circle, forming exclusive WhatsApp groups and leaving others out. The front desk experience is uncomfortable, cold, unprofessional, and clearly biased. The new manager doesn’t even meet basic standards of courtesy or professionalism. The facilities reflect neglect: dirty bathrooms, leaks in the studio, and no real quality control during classes. The head coach is practically absent, and when corrections are given, they’re directed only at a select few. What was once a standout concept is now just another place, but with a serious issue of classism and exclusion. There are far better alternatives like Orange Theory or Body Shop, where respect and the overall customer experience actually matter. I do not recommend this place it is classist, racist, and provides poor service. 👎🏾

I have only been a member for a couple of months, however I immediately felt welcome upon joining. The energy is unmatchable and incomparable to any other gym I have ever belonged to. The instructors are very invested in cheering you on and making you excel. There is a true sense of community among members. I love that there are classes every day of the week, both mornings and evenings. Great location, parking available. I highly recommend it!

They wanted to charge me $2500 pesos for a single day because I was a foreigner. So I went to another gym that only charged me $500 pesos.

My wife love it! Very energetic and animated sessions. All the staff is very kind and motivated!
