I love to come here to have a coffee while my car is being washed. I love the environment and the coffee but the quality of the cleaner is low. I think it might be ok to expect that but what I don't like is that they leave you car dirty and expect you to give them tips. I was asked for tips even before leaving my car there. So.... no, I didn't feel safe, I didn't feel it was fair and I wish I could wash my car there again because I love Bendito Cafe but this treatment is unacceptable.

The reason for my 1-star rating is simple: A car wash should clean vehicles properly, and this wasn't the case here. It's a shame, because the staff were excellent, but when they returned my car, it was poorly washed. They only suggested I "glow it over," when I knew the car didn't need a gloss that day, but rather a good, thorough wash. I went to another place immediately, they washed it, and it came out spotless without needing a gloss. This confirms that the problem was the quality of service here. I won't be back. They failed to meet even the most basic standards.

The car washers are unfriendly. They're open until 8 pm, but after 7:15 pm, they won't let you in, even if the supervisor tells them to. The other day, the washer on duty left my car with the music playing and it drained my battery. Then, out of courtesy, they didn't even help me jump-start it. This car wash used to be good, but it's gone downhill considerably.

Excellent service and a fair price. They're just starting out, but they already have plans to expand their service menu to offer complete vehicle maintenance in one convenient location. It's also very convenient because there are fast food stands and a hardware store next door, as well as a church, so you can leave your car being washed while you take a break, grab a bite to eat, or do some shopping—all right there nearby.
