At 2 am, I took my wife to the emergency room for food intoxication. She was in excruciating pain. The front desk nonchalantly asked us to seat in the waiting area. Nurses and doctors passing by, standing by and talking about vacation places. Seeing that I went to talk to the front desk and requested for my wife to be seen immediately. Front desk acted surprised that we have not been seen yet and called a doctor. Same doctor that was gossiping about the vacation, handed her the file. This doctor went straight to the nurse to continue their conversation. Seeing all this I took my wife somewhere else so she could get the medical care she needed. Very unprofessional. Would absolutely not recommend.
Unhelpful staff, arrogant and lacking any sense of service. A very bad experience. Definitely a mediocre place. P.S.: Please don't ask me to contact you to continue with the feedback, firstly because I ended up getting treatment elsewhere (your belated interest is useless to me) and secondly, because judging by the service I received at reception, the mediocrity must be widespread among the rest of the staff.
I waited 35 minutes for them to give me medication that I brought myself, and it was for an emergency; if it hadn't been an emergency, I would have died.
Terrible service. They make you run around in circles trying to attend to a child with a fever. The nurses are poorly coordinated. They're unprepared to check if you have insurance; they treat you like dirt until they realize you do. And to top it all off, you leave without a doctor's order to take home. They tell you that orders are only given during consultations 😡 And you leave empty-handed, without any paperwork to prove you were even there 🤦
