They don't answer messages, and if you go in person, they don't treat you well either. I got my nails done here only once, and it was fine, but then... I went back, and it wasn't the same person. There are so many places to get your nails done that if you choose a place, it's for the service and quality, but here it feels like you're begging for the service, and it's free.

I went two days ago as a new customer, and it was a terrible experience. They didn't greet me at first, they kept answering WhatsApp messages, doubling the wait time, and there was a lack of professionalism. Everyone was standing outside their tables chatting in the empty dining room. It was a very, very bad experience, and the staff was very rude.

It's a very good place, excellent service 10/10

Excellent work, Angelica is very good and fast.

She didn't clean the nails, she works lazily, and she didn't file the toenails properly.
