Amazing service

The best! I've been to several places, but the service here is different! The vibe is always amazing! Everyone is super friendly and they really make you feel comfortable! Not only do they have excellent customer service, but you also leave feeling much more relaxed because of the atmosphere! If you want to feel more beautiful, you'd be in the best hands here! **Angel Lash Brows** **Services performed:** Threading and tinting, hybrid lashes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I came to this place on the recommendation of my daughter, who had a lash lift done in December and it has lasted until now, so my expectations were high. However, as they say, *everyone speaks from their own experience*, and this was mine: The price is fair for the service you expect to receive. I would rate the atmosphere **3/5**; they didn't even offer me water during my visit. I made an appointment with one person, but someone else attended to me. When I arrived, the person who was supposed to attend to me was with another client. I consider it a lack of customer service not to inform me beforehand of the change and ask if I agreed before proceeding. Once I was lying on the treatment table, I realized that another person, named Da…, would be attending to me. This person was visibly sick with the flu; Even though she was wearing a mask, it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant to constantly hear her blowing her nose so close to me. I understand we're all human, but in this type of service, the proximity makes the experience very sensitive. Also, she seemed to be going through a difficult time: she was crying, checking her phone, and getting up frequently. This affected the time and quality of the work: one eye took approximately **45 minutes**, and the other only **15 minutes**. By that point, I was already tired and wanted to leave. When I looked in the mirror, I thought the lashes looked nice. I tried to pay by card, but they told me they charge an **additional 5%**, and besides, the terminal wasn't working, so I ended up paying in cash. When I got home, I noticed that the eye where they only worked for 15 minutes was missing lashes on the outer corner. I felt a slight discomfort, but I thought it was because I wasn't used to it. That same day, I didn't get my eyelashes wet or touch them, and they still started falling out. Two days later, my left eye was swollen. I went to the ophthalmologist, who told me it was a traction reaction because the lashes weren't applied correctly. Conclusion: I paid for a service I couldn't even use for a week, in addition to the extra costs of the doctor's visit. I'm sharing this not to speak ill of the place—my daughter's experience was excellent—but as an opportunity for improvement. Staff evaluation is key: if someone isn't physically or emotionally fit to serve a client, the client's well-being and quality of service should be prioritized. The client deserves the same service regardless of the price. For now, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them.

I was thrilled with my lashes and eyebrow threading… the service was top-notch. Mariangel was incredibly patient and kind, making time for me even though she was about to close. She waited for me and was so welcoming. My first impression of her studio was that it's super cute and cozy. I appreciated that before we started, she took the time to find out what look I wanted, showing me examples of styles and explaining what would suit me best depending on my eye shape, providing a 100% personalized service. I was very tense at the beginning of the session, but after she advised me to relax and with the soft music playing in the background, I immediately relaxed and I think I even fell asleep, because she has such a gentle touch. In the end, from the moment I saw myself in the mirror, I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out; they were exactly what I wanted—natural and full. I highly recommend her; she's an excellent esthetician and also very helpful. She even offered to let me wait inside the shop for my ride, even though it was closed, so I wouldn't be left stranded at night. I can vouch for her being the best!
