Their prices are very high but worth it!

The prices are overpriced for the quality they offer. 3500 just to wash my hair "with product" (the entire line of that product costs 5000). Master put the brush on the floor while he was doing my waves and couldn't find anywhere else to put it. Prices went up, but quality went down. I'm writing this so the service improves. Customer service was also inadequate. They sent me to different areas where I waited alone, unaware that Master was sitting at the bar having a drink. In the end, I left unhappy with the result. The waves were nothing like what I asked for. The haircut was still okay, but I don't think I'll be back. I recommended this place to my friends, and they left unhappy. Now I understand why.
