To begin with: I went to the salon as usual for my perm. Karelin attended to me, and as soon as I left, my hair was ruined, incredibly frizzy. It's worth noting that they used a lot of gel and cream. I dried it completely, and it was still a mess. They also applied the oil hastily, as if my money wasn't worth anything. Besides all this, the payment process was awful. I thought they had some values, but no. I was supposed to pay 800 pesos, but I gave them 1,300 because there were two 500-peso bills together, and I thought they would give me the difference back. They just ran off and didn't give me anything back. I had my money ready, and they practically stuffed it in the till. The owner took my payment that day, but it was nothing.
