I came to this shop to sew 2 packs of loose hair. The hair was very good. However unfortunately the delivery wasnt punctual at all. They said to me to come the next mor ing at 11. I came at 12 and had to wait 2 hours for the hair. Not a good experience. The reception lady was very kind and offered us coffee for the waiting. But I dont recommend this place at all. Waste of time.

My first experience to this establishment was back in 2017. I had bought some hair from them. A really nice lady guided me. I recently went back all the way from NY. And I was completely fooled. This older lady comes and shows me "their best hair" they had, and I cannot believe I spent 300 dollars for such horrible hair. I told her I was flying back next day and I had come from a long distance just to come to them. I guess she took me for a fool and took advantage that I was not from the country. Not only did she sell me less hair then what she initially showed before sewing it. But I waited 4 hours. I was completely humiliated. I truly need everyone to please be careful with this establishment and the way they conduct business. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

The one on extension 27 is my wife's favorite salon; she always says it looks great, plus they have plenty of space and a comfortable waiting room for us husbands.
