When I arrived at the salon, I asked for an appointment to get my nails done, and from the moment I started speaking, they wouldn't even let me decide how to manage my time. They made me go wait at the salon next door, where I had a hair consultation scheduled to start at 5:30 pm, which was 45 minutes after I arrived. I asked them to please at least remove the gel, and first they said no, then they said they'd try, and the entire time I was there, they never told me whether or not it was possible to see me. Furthermore, I came to the salon with someone, and they took me to a waiting room where I waited an hour and a half to be seen. The evaluation took 7 minutes, timed precisely, and I left both salons, after almost two hours, without a clear assessment of my hair, without even a glass of water offered during the wait, without my nails done or at least the polish removed, and basically the salon manager, without courtesy or sympathy regarding the poor handling of two hours of a client who arrived and left with nothing of added value in her visit.

The girls are super attentive and helpful; they make you feel comfortable and aren't like the typical salon girls who criticize your hair, haha. They even give you tips on how to care for it. They have monthly offers that they post on their Instagram (@salonlaurard), and if you're in their private WhatsApp group, you can find out about exclusive deals. The salon is very complete; they offer everything from washing and blow-drying to makeup services for events.
