If I could, I'd give them a zero. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE get lab tests done there. I've been going around in circles for four weeks trying to get my test results, and they always have some excuse. The reception staff and the young woman who took my sample were excellent, but when it comes to taking my money and giving me the results I paid for, they treat me like dirt. They know that if a patient requests tests, it's because they need them.

I'll give 2 stars because of the cleanliness of the place, the well-equipped waiting area, etc. Otherwise, I'd give 0 stars. First, I was there to have lab tests done, including a urine test. I think the receptionist should have told me I couldn't urinate until after the abdominal ultrasound, which I was also there to have done, but they didn't. It took me two hours because I had already urinated for the urine test. Second, the staff is very boring (it seems like they work for free or are forced to). The receptionist and the woman who does the ultrasound are incredibly dull; they seem like they work in a hospital. The cafeteria staff are nice.

The worst customer service, from the reception staff. - It takes forever to check in. - There's no customer service attitude. - When you go to pick up your results, they're not there. I had to go twice for the same result. - The reception staff (from the girls) are unfriendly and don't offer any solutions. ONLY A YOUNG, DARK-HAIRED MAN AT RECEPTION APPROACHED ME AND TRIED TO HELP EMPATHICALLY. Even so, I had to return a few days later because my results still hadn't appeared. I do not recommend this center.

One of the people who handles insurance billing seems to be forced to do it, and besides being physically unattractive, she's also incredibly unpleasant. They rejected two of my lab tests, and I had to find out myself and go ask what had happened. They advertise on Instagram and WhatsApp that lab tests don't cost extra (they didn't before), and oh surprise, surprise, you have to pay extra! That's false advertising. The service is terrible; now I understand why it was empty. The quality of service has declined drastically. I won't be back even if it's free.
