I can say the place is comfortable and relaxing. The employees are a bit noisy, but that's part of their job. After all, it's a pleasant customer service experience. Anything I would change? Those stylists, oh my god! They're so loud! 😒

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I can't believe that my mother and I went into this "salon" (if you can even call it that, because I don't think real salons have such terrible service and management) at nine in the morning and didn't leave until seven at night on December 31st. But that's not even the worst part. The worst part is that this "salon" is supposed to do hair extensions, and my mom wanted some clip-in extensions, and no one knew how to do it. They even had the nerve to tell her she had to wait until the other salon staff finished the clients who were AFTER MY MOM. I was shocked by the attitude of ALL of them. It was like they were doing my mom a favor, not like she was paying them a lot of money just to get some clip-in extensions. Even the price they charged was outrageous. They charge way too much for such a low-class place. Seriously, if this "salon" keeps going like this, it's going to collapse as a business. I don't recommend ANYONE go to this "salon."
