They assured me via WhatsApp that they could do the service I requested: adding length to my hair. I paid for 22 inches of hair and installation, but they clearly have no experience with methods other than braids. The result was disastrous (see photos). They offered to let me come back the next day, and even though I was 45 minutes away on a business trip, I returned. I spent more money on Uber, only to receive the same poor service from the owner. I asked for a refund for the installation (not even for the hair), and the owner, Sandra, made me wait an hour only to tell me no. Terrible customer service. If they don't know how to work with certain methods, they should be honest from the start. I wasted time and money and received indifferent, unprofessional treatment.
