The male servants are excellent. They work hard and are respectful. The women servants and supervisor are always chatting loudly. They do not pay attention to serving. One or 2 work and the other 2 or 3 chat, chat, chat. They tell you to wait your turn if you ask them to serve you. They are rude and do not know service. Perhaps they think they are being paid to socialize among themselves and insult their customers. They NEED TRAINING. I have had other customers tell me they have the same experience as I have.
It's a nice place for a quick stop and having your favorite coffee, tea or pastry. Also a great place to meet up with a friend or friends to talk or catch up on each other's life. Another great thing to do here is that if you need to do some work and don't wish to be stuck inside your home or office..just bring your laptop over and start working ( they do have free internet) . The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars it's because the service can be slow even at times when the place is not crowded and by the way, it does get crowded there at certain times of the day.
The food was delicious. It is expensive but I consider it worth every sip and bite. The croissant was tasty and the chai latte was great.
Great place to work alone or any meeting, aswell as a great place and ambience to chat with friends... Awesome service and of course great coffee... I'll just will want bigger travel cups "more ounces of coffee never hurt anyone" jajajaja
The coffee is great, but you're lucky if you find a table. Once you find a table, good luck finding the waiter. If you choose to walk up to the counter, you'll all set.
