It is an area with significant commercial, residential, and cultural potential, characterized by constant economic and social activity. However, there are clear opportunities for improvement. The municipality faces challenges in traffic management, street and sidewalk maintenance, and urban planning. Waste collection and the sanitation of public spaces require greater continuity and better planning. Likewise, it is necessary to strengthen public safety and expand well-maintained green areas for community enjoyment.
