The initial experience and interaction with the dront desk receptionist was terrible. Because i was there to see an specific agent and she wasn't going to make her commission, she turned me away and told me to apply for the car loan through My initial interaction with the front desk receptionist was unsatisfactory. I had arrived to meet with a specific agent i was recommended, and due to my decision to work with someone else, the receptionist, seemingly motivated by commission concerns, directed me to apply for the car loan via WhatsApp, despite my physical presence at the location and her prior request to process my paperwork which i rejected. Her demeanor was impolite, unprofessional, and dismissive. Fortunately, a close associate was able to contact their agent, who promptly responded by traveling to the site to assist me with my paperwork. This agent's service warrants a five-star rating; however, my current rating is specifically directed at the receptionist's conduct.
Two appointments over two weeks to get my transmission serviced and nothing got done. No internal communication. Their excuse, they didn’t have the filter. They knew I was coming for a week. Waste of time, no confidence in this service department.
They messed up the paperwork for the new car so badly we had to go to Cesar motors. Then they would not give us a refund. Total unorganized mess. When they serviced our old car they stole sunglasses, phone cables and the users manual.
Excellent Cars Dealer, Cars shop repair, Spare parts store and everything related to cars they represent. I recommend the saler used cars Felipe Herasme, he made a good sale service. Very detailed and clear information.
I have been waiting months for a simple repair at Santo Domingo Motors. After one month of having my truck, they finally requested the parts. Two weeks ago they confirmed all the parts had arrived, yet today they told me I have to wait another 25 days—with no clear explanation. The supervisor of the auto shop decides how long repairs take, regardless of the actual work needed. This is not acceptable for clients who depend on their vehicles. Even worse, I reported that my truck was being manipulated after hours—close to midnight when no repair work was being done—and I still have no explanation from SDM about why this happened. I am asking publicly: Why is my truck being held this long, and why was it being touched after hours? When will it be returned to me?
