Beautiful Setting, But a Very Disappointing Dining Experience SBG Punta Cana has a great ambiance and a somewhat classy feel, and we were seated and served immediately, which gave us a good first impression. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after we placed our order. We ordered three pasta dishes and a Margherita pizza. The pastas arrived in reasonable time, but my pizza took far too long. When it finally came, it wasn’t even the pizza I ordered. They tried to convince me to accept the incorrect dish, which I refused, and I had to wait again for the proper pizza. By the time my correct meal arrived, it felt like we were invisible. We wanted to order dessert, but no one attended to us while everyone else watched me eat alone. When someone eventually came, we placed the order, but at that point I had already lost all patience and left for the hotel. To make matters worse, my wife later told me they charged us for the incorrect pizza — and it was significantly more expensive than the one I actually ordered. Despite the lovely setting and initial service, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I won’t be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Had a 5 star experience. The waiter was EXCELLENT and food was EXCELLENT. Do yourself a favor and order the chicharrón de pulpo.

SBG is bougie and delicious! Dirty martinis and carajillos with a little bang bang shrimpys and perfectly cooked ribeye steak and shrimp tacos! The service was a little slow as in the drinks too a little to long to get back to us, but the vibes are exceptional here, the dj they had this night was playing tone after tone! Everything is aesthetically pleasing. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Punta Cana. 🇩🇴

This place is fantastic. They weren’t open quite yet but sat me anyways. The atmosphere and ambiance here are impeccable. The food and service were somehow even better. I got my food at a great price. Yoselyn and Ivan were so kind and proactive in helping me. The steak sandwich and fries will be on my mind while I fly home. Definitely check them out!

Excellent restaurant at the Mall in Punta Cana. The cocktails are very well made and the food is top tier. I had the cheese wheel pasta, delectable. The rock shrimp are always a good choice. Will definitely come back.
