The food was good but the guy serving me and my family was really mean and was rolling his finger when we were ordering and rolling his when walking away he was so mean and it's only my second time at this hotel

Before we start let’s just say we love the Royalton brand and stay every year in a different country. The sports bar here in the Dominican is probably the worst I’ve ever been in. Waited 90 mins for food only to be told that 2 meals were unavailable, then the food arrived all absolutely freezing cold.

Food is okay, Service is really slow. Drinks are good. Nothing special and we only went twice.

The wings and onion rings were very good. Quesadillas were ok. For any wraps get the sauce on the side or risk having them drenched. Escape some heat and eat inside.

We ate at the Score Sports bar and lounge one night and this was horrible. It took us 20 minutes to get a drink (maybe longer but I went up and ordered it) and an hour to get our food - by this time we were the only ones eating there. Once we got our food the chicken wings were not completely cooked, and the fries and onion rings looked like they were left over from lunch - HORRIBE
