Sucursal ubicada en Downtown Mall, Av. Barceló, Punta Cana 23000, ideal para operaciones bancarias en la zona de Bávaro / Verón. Ofrece atención personal, cajeros y servicios estándar de banco múltiple.
La mayoría de sucursales en la República Dominicana atienden de lunes a viernes (aprox. 8:30 am – 4:30 pm) y sábados en la mañana (hasta ~1:00 pm).
Estas oficinas suelen tener cajeros automáticos (ATMs) disponibles fuera del horario de atención para retiros y consultas básicas.

I took money with my Revolut and I did not get charged any fee. Maxi to withdraw I think is 10.000 pesos, I took 7500 and they did not charge anything. There is a message saying that they will charge something between 0 and 300 pesos but again it was free for me. Great option to avoid fees. April 2024
Service was horrible. Came hear since it was the international partner to Bank of America but the staff acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. They were quite rude and just told me to use the ATM. ATM didn't give me my money and the lady working in the bank refused to even hear our problem.
Since I have a Scotia bank account back home, we exclusively used these ATMs for cash out. Probably the safest option in the island.
