There are 4 cashier stations and only one person calling while the others stay around talking to each other ,this is at 330pm,as a Premium card holder the service is not the greatest,this is unfortunate.

This bank has to be the worst !!!!!! The 🏧 s never work . The lines are through the roof !! Be prepared to sit and wait , bring a drink 🥃 it’s gonna be a while !!!!

The worst bank I've ever been to. The wait was endless. I was there for over an hour, and the customer service was terrible. It's like the employees don't want to work and the customers bother them. I've never had such a bad experience at a bank. If I could give it a zero, I would.

This branch is incredibly inefficient with customers due to the delays, the insufficient staff who can't handle the volume of customers, and the increasingly unreliable automated system. I filed a complaint about the same thing last year, and it's even worse now. Apparently, they don't care about customers from Santo Domingo Este, because this DOESN'T HAPPEN in the National District.

I've been to this branch many times, and it's unacceptable that a simple deposit with just a few people takes 1 hour and 30 minutes for such a basic transaction. I spoke to the teller about the slowness of the operations, but she ignored me. I urge management to take this into account and investigate what's happening at this branch. For now, I won't be returning.
