Scotiabank is a Canadian bank with branches throughout the country and Central America. In Santiago, it has branches on Avenida 27 de Febrero, Las Colinas, Avenida 26 de Febrero across from Você, Avenida 27 de Febrero near Unión Médica, among others. Excellent service and great reputation. Visit this establishment and check it out.
The worst and most complicated bank is that one; the people who work there make you go through a lot of trouble. They never call me about cards or anything; to get information you have to come in person. They don't call to say the document has an error or anything. 😑😑😑 You have to come in and ask.
I don't understand how they can be so slow serving customers. There were only 7 people ahead of me and it took an hour to be served at the checkout. Every time the cashier helps a customer, she gets up to do something to leave her post. 7 people in one hour...
A very good bank, but the service is very slow. A transaction takes more than 45 minutes of your time. If they ever improve that aspect, great.
Their service is incredibly slow; it takes a cashier 20 minutes to serve a single customer. Awful, wasting a whole morning cashing a check 🤬
