Great ATMs! Charged me absolutely no fee, didn't even try to suggest a bad conversion rate to me. Not sure if menu is available in English, I used it in Spanish

This branch has 1 ATM for the entire city, which most of the time is out of service or out of money. This is unacceptable. There should be a second ATM put at this location ASAP. The Scotiabank ATM at Sirena is not secure. Customers should have access to their money 24/7, not just when they decide to restock the machine after opening hours at 9am. I have never seen anything like this anywhere else.

The representative that helped us, Yangely Santos, was very friendly and a total professional. He was knowledgeable and patient with all our questions.
