There are two ATMs and they always work great in English and in Spanish. The security guards were very friendly and helpful. The line inside looked a bit long in the afternoon but it seemed to be moving. Great location near the bus terminal, metro, hotels and fast food restaurants.
The tellers are slow beyond compare; it's a bank where waiting times exceed even the worst expectations.
The staff is not trained to perform their assigned duties. They don't resolve customer problems, and you have to go to another branch to get something fixed that they could have resolved themselves.
The worst bank you could ever visit. You go, you stand in line, and they take forever. Besides that, if you don't have a card with them and you're going to make a deposit, they give preference to everyone who has a card, and you see people going in and out while you sit there until they feel like it.
The worst banking service imaginable. Always a long wait, and in the end, they barely manage to resolve anything. In my case, it was switching two accounts for a new product they offer. According to what they told me on the phone, everything was ready; I just had to go in and sign. I was there for an hour and a half, and finally, with the new card in hand, I thought, "Let me check if it works"—and it didn't. They forgot to add this new card to the new accounts, and I had to sign another form for that. It finally works, but it took far too long, and thank goodness I didn't realize the new card didn't work while I was at the supermarket with a full shopping cart. On another occasion, my card got stuck in an ATM. I called to report it, and they told me not to worry, they would cancel the card. The result was that they blocked all my accounts; I couldn't move any money through online banking or the app. I had to go to this branch to resolve it, even though I was far away.
