Worse place to bank. Initially from trying to park in front where there was an empty spot the security guard placed a plastic chair to hold the spot for someone else which obviously wasn’t there…. My mom is handicap and we had to park two blocks away….

Do you want to be treated badly? To have your problems ignored? And to be given one piece of information instead of another? Well, this is your bank. It's so good that if I could remove my direct deposit, I would do it without hesitation.

Definitely good service. Attentive. Gissell Gil is a true star. She took care of all my requests and met them. The only real issue is parking, but all businesses in areas like the city, Jardines, etc. have that problem. Recommended!

How things have changed. The customer service is highly questionable. And the best part is being told it wasn't my fault, but my colleague's—that's the most shameful thing I've ever been told in a terrible experience.
