Not very fast service, but reliable. This Bank has drive thru or a big parking lot if you prefer it. If you are looking for a money exchange and have enough time i truly recommend this place.

So I came here on Friday to set up a bank account. I provided all required documentation and I was told to come back on Monday at 9AM to finish and the people that were helping me didn’t even show up.

Not very fast customer services because you have to wait in the line for to long but it is in the center of the santo domingo, it have parking space and it's easy to get there

Felicia is incompetent. Watching football in the office and laughing with colleagues instead of attending to those waiting for her. A disgrace of an office. I completed the same procedure at Banco Popular without so much hassle.
