I would recommend ScubaCaribe to everyone!! Easy communication, great team, and a great dive. The half day 2 dives package with Guillaume was so good that I booked the full day Catalina dive + excursion the next day. They really know what they’re doing and have a great attitude :)
If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Everything handled very professionally from pick up to the dive to drop off. Dive was beautiful, saw alot of wild life and great visibility. Shout out to my great dive master showing me the types of fish.
Leo did an AWESOME job helping my fiance CHRISTIE B get her Open Water Diver’s Certificate! We also dived the El Peñon in Bayahibe and had a BLAST!
Amazing experience! We did a Discovery Scuba course with Juan and he did a great job going over everything we needed to know! Then we went and did a dive just off the coast of Punta Cana and he looked after us the entire time and made sure everyone was safe and accounted for. We had such a good time we booked another two dives a day later out at Catalina Island. White sandy beaches and the clearest blue water I’ve ever seen! The crew on the boat gave us warm chicken noodle soup between dives and made us feel at home. Such a great experience and everyone helped us with our gear and kept our safety in mind! Not only that but when we booked our excursions no one gave off a pushy vibe. They gave us the info and let us decide on our own!
Let me start by saying Andy the Machine our tour guide and Ru were amazing. Ru was the life of the party and made sure everyone was having a good time. The team absolutely gets 5 ⭐'s. The reason for not giving 5 stars comes down to inaccurate communication. We left the hotel at about 7:10am and returned 6:15pm. The person who sold us the tour said it would take 1hr to get to Saona Island which was not the case. It was 1hr to pickup everyone from other hotels, then 1hr to the Catamaran, from there about 1hr to the sand dun to swim and then about 30mins to the beach. By the time we got to the beach we only had 1hrs and 30mins to enjoy the beach. By the time you get lunch that is knocked down to 1hr. It was also advertised as authentic Dominican food which was not the case. I would say the only authentic food was the rice. On the beach you have people trying to sell you over priced souvenirs and photos. As I know this is not the fault of the travel company. The bracelets were $80 and photos $140. The coconuts on the beach are not free. Everything on the beach is Way over priced.
