Good service, very chill guy - 15 mins and I was out of there with the car. Not overly strict on returning at exactly X time, and didnt overcharge me for adding petrol. Car worked really well - had a bump at the back which he pointed out to me, and he ensured I was taking all the pics etc.. Return was smooth.

The service is terrible. They don't answer messages promptly, the office isn't where they say it is, and they require a minimum of 5 days' rental.
