Incredibly, for a public service, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's the first institution I've visited in the Dominican Republic where the employees are truly knowledgeable about their work. A very good experience.
Truly exemplary service. I recently had to complete several procedures, including registering my wife and son, and I must say that the service I received at this office exceeded all my expectations. From the moment you arrive, the process is quick, well-organized, and staffed with highly efficient personnel. Every area runs smoothly, and best of all, you are treated with respect, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. It's not common to find public institutions with such a professional and humane level of service. I want to sincerely thank all the staff at this office located on 27 de Febrero Avenue. Their work makes a huge difference in the lives of those of us who come seeking solutions. Thank you for demonstrating that good service does exist in the Dominican public sector! Note: It would be very beneficial if the SeNaSA office located at the HOMS hospital could take as a benchmark the level of service and efficiency offered by this branch. There is much to learn from this excellent team. Don't waste your time at the HOMS office, come here, you'll notice the huge difference. I've been to other SENASA offices and the staff are very nice and helpful. This Santiago office desperately needs a complete staff overhaul. They don't respect the customer, the service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about the customer, who should be their top priority. When I'm in Santiago, I'd much rather go to the La Vega office.
