Live to serve? Apparently, they don't teach that to their employees, especially not at this branch on 27 de Febrero in Santiago. It's unbelievable that just because someone has basic insurance, they don't take it seriously, while the other person, WHO IS AT FAULT and there's VIDEO footage of the accident, has a better policy, and their response is: "We have to protect our insured." And what about me, the one affected? Who will support me? They won't open any investigation despite all the evidence. I'm completely disappointed. I'm desperate because this policy has already expired.
