The worst service imaginable. I should have stuck with BMcargo because the pound is so expensive, and I wanted to find an alternative, but it ended up being even worse. The package arrived there on January 17th. I called almost every number, and only the Gazcue branch answered. The package is fine and was received, but they haven't assigned it to my mailbox due to an alleged delay. They didn't even provide any context, and I had to ask to find out. It's been five days, and they still haven't assigned it to my mailbox. They can't even be bothered to give me an estimated delivery date or explain the reason for the delay.

Excellent, fast, safe, and reliable. I recommend them 100%, and when I can't pick up my packages, they deliver them to me.

I had a problem with a package shipped by USPS. They said it was delivered to their Miami office, but it never appeared in their system. I contacted someone through their Instagram and at the Miami number, but nothing came of it—just wasted time and no answers. I lost the package, my money, and no one could help me.
