My experience with SendPack has been excellent. My packages are always available for pickup 48 hours or less after being received in Miami. The staff is very friendly, and the pickup process is always very quick. Now, tracking packages is even easier through the app, and whenever the carrier notifies me that a package has been delivered, the tracking information is entered into my system within two hours!

The branch staff is friendly, but Sendpack is very disorganized, which is why I prefer to stick with EPS. Even though Sendpack is cheaper and much closer, EPS always delivers ALL my packages on time. With Sendpack, I received packages that they "couldn't find" in the warehouse, packages that went to the wrong branch, etc., and this is unacceptable for someone who orders the volume I do. And if a product arrives in Miami without an invoice and you call, they don't answer and tell you that you have to call the branch so they can send an email (with EPS, I only have to call Miami, and they answer the phone, locating the package faster, so it arrives at my address more quickly). So the savings aren't worth the hassle. Fix these issues, and you'll be number one.
