Very bad service, very slow, it will take you a whole day to get assistance, in short a very bad experience in every way.

Although the staff is friendly, the organization is very poor. If you have an appointment, be prepared to wait two hours or more. The first test should be a complete blood count, since you arrive fasting. The order of the procedures is incorrect; they take you in and out of the procedures area instead of doing everything at once. It could be improved.

Excellent customer service. The receptionist is very diligent, the young woman taking samples is very professional and empathetic. Even the security guard is very efficient.
